The Customer Studio is aimed to demonstrate exactly what out customers are looking for - the full power of integrated communication solutions in a customized manner to suit industry verticals and specific customer requirements. At the studio, our prospective customers would get a taste of industry leading enterprise solutions that could transform their businesses or get a preview of solutions they are investing into.  

• At Customer Studio, we showcase communication solutions that are relevant to the customer's business. With critical inputs from our industry experts within AGCL, we now have an ability to understand various verticals and hence the customers better. We can hence proactively build solutions, personalize demonstrations and showcase them at the Customer Studio.
• The solutions demonstrations are always done based on real life scenarios from verticals that the customers can relate to. We emphasize on technology components as well as the business value proposition the solutions can make. That way customers can connect with these solutions far more effectively.
• Keeping customer at the center of things, we are now working with various partners and showing our customers end-to-end communication solutions under one roof. I'm happy to note that so far 9 partners have already joined this initiative. We are also working with many other partners to join the initiative.
