  1. What are the Solutions currently available in the Customer Studio ?

    The Customer Studio hosts a variety of Avaya solutions alongwith Partners solutions. The list of all solutions is listed under the Solutions tab.
  2. How do I initiate a request for visit to the Customer Studio ?

    You need to submit a request via the Customer Studio request form on the home page at-least 7 days in advance. This is to enable us to prepare adequately for your visit. The presentations and solutions demonstrated to the Customer are in line with the industry / vertical trends and hence require significant effort prior to their visit.
  3. How soon are the dates for the Customers visit confirmed ?

    The dates are confirmed based on readiness of the solution to be demonstrated to the Customer.
  4. Are their any take-aways given as part of the visit ?

    Yes. Case Studies and White papers are provided where possible.
  5. What are the upcoming various events to be held at the Customer Studio ?

    We would be holding various Customer events based on various themes in the Studio. Watchout for the events section for all upcoming events on periodic basis.
