
The CEO Forum for Customer Responsiveness, formed over four years ago, was the result of a personal journey that Avaya GlobalConnect had embarked on to improve the interface with its user community. Having got on to the path of Customer Responsiveness, the company decided to share its successes in the realm with other Indian organizations, and hear from them their stories.
A special Forum that brought together CEOs across Indian industry verticals, to discuss Customer Responsiveness strategies was conceptualized by AGCL head, Niru Mehta.The launch of the Forum was followed by a spate of activities that brought a larger and larger number of industry leaders to the Customer Responsiveness fold. From publishing White Papers, to creating Web portals, to hosting CEO Panel Discussions on CNBC, a series of events marked the roster of the CEO Forum.
Today, the CEO Forum for Customer Responsiveness has touched over 800 organizations across India, becoming the single, most powerful voice for the Customer Responsiveness movement in India.
