For the first time, Avaya GlobalConnect announced its recognitions in Customer Responsive Business Practices at the Customer Responsiveness Awards 2007, held on January 18th 2008 at Taj Landsend, Mumbai. The following 5 companies were recognized for their Customer Responsive business practices from the 160 practices received.
Tata Quality Management Services were the process consultants. The final winners were decided by our eminent jury including Walter Vieira, Former Chairman ICMC, Cyrus Guzder, President, Air Cargo Agents Association of India, Pankaj Shah, Former CEO, Dupont India, Harish Bijoor, CEO, Harish Bijoor Consults Inc. and Dr. N.M Kondapto, Vice Chancellor, NMIMS University.
