After 6 months, if the viewership of the
practice is very low (less than 5 or 10
visits) in the period and/or has an average
rating of 2 or lower, the practice could
be removed from the website (time period,
minimum viewership number required and minimum
average rating required are sole discretion
of the Management and can be changed without
any prior notice). |

The Management is not responsible for
the number of visitors to the site or the
practice. |
|
|
|

|
The Management is not responsible for
the ratings of any practice submitted by
any visitor. |

|

|
The Management will have the discretion
on what criteria are to be used to determine
practices to publish in a book, journal
or other publication, or used for purposes
of awards. |

|
If at any time, any information provided
by any participant is found to be incorrect
in any manner, then the participant will
not be permitted to continue participation
and the practice/s pertaining to the participant
would be removed forthwith and will not
be eligible for awards or publishing. |

|
The Management is not responsible for
consequences on the publication of any practice
submitted by the organisation with any incorrect
information, and participants/web-site visitors
will hold harmless Management against all
claims and/or injury caused due the usage
of the said practice by any individual or
organisation, or due to any participation
in this initiative. |

|
Determination of whether information is
incorrect or not rests with Management,
and can lead, at its discretion, to disqualification
of entries at any. |
|
|
|
| |
|
Management have the right to ask for proof
of information provided / audit the information
provided in the entry. If such a request
is made and the participant does not agree
or if the information is found to be incorrect,
the participant could be disqualified from
participation and could lead to the withdrawal
of the practice from the website. |

|
The number of practices to be published
in one period is at the sole discretion
of the Management. |

|
|

|
Management reserves the right to change
the frequency of publication, without any
prior notice. |

|
Management’s decision is final and
binding on all participants. |

Participants understand and agree that
mere submission of practice does not entitle
participants to get published in any publication
or book. |

|
Participants understand and agree that
mere participation in the Awards does not
entitle participants to win a prize. |
|
|
|
| |
|
The jury may decide, in order to maintain
the high standards of these awards, that
there could be no winner in a particular
practice area |
