Designer of the Awards: Professor M. Janakiraman is Associate Professor of Marketing at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. He was Director of Research and Projects with the Institute for Customer Relationship Management, Atlanta, USA. He has a cumulative experience of more than fourteen years in both industry and academics. Currently, he is working on the research areas of marketing productivity, CRM, Customer Lifetime Value, and application of fuzzy logic in marketing decision making.
